Extract from KKA Competition Rules:
67. All Senior teams competing
in any Kent competition must register and make available not less than one referee for other games on occasions when
they have no fixture. Clubs entering an U16 or U13 competition must register a referee for their first team at each
age group entered. Referees must be eligible to take charge of games in the competition into which the team is
entered and may be the coach of that team provided they are not a nominated referee for another team.
68. Newly created Senior teams must provide a referee with effect from the start of their second full season.
Existing clubs must fulfil rule 62 for any new senior team. New clubs consisting of over 50% players from other
clubs in their opening fixture will need to provide a named Referee for the following competition. Failure to
register a referee will render the club liable to a fine of £10.00.
